User Survey
Telegent recently interviewed more than 400 consumers of Telegent-enabled handsets regarding their purchasing decision, usage behavior, and perception of mobile TV. This user survey is significant because:
- It is the industry's first post-sale mobile TV survey. All of the consumers surveyed purchased Telegent-enabled phones through retail channels.
- It is the industry's first survey focusing on users of free-to-air (analog) mobile TV. The consumers surveyed have mobile access to the same free, live familiar programming that they enjoy on their television sets at home, rather than content that is adapted or created new for mobile TV.
