Principal/Staff Systems Engineer

CAD/EDA Engineer

Maintain CAD/EDA systems to support front to back analog, custom digital, mixed-signal and RF IC design. Candidate would be responsible for development of custom (mixed-sign) design flows, integration of tools and capabilities into the custom flows, as well as support process design kits (PDK's) from various foundries. SEC Reporting Manager
(full-time position in finance, location: Sunnyvale, CA)Telegent Systems has an employment opportunity for a SEC Reporting Manager who will participate in the preparation of the first draft of the IPO documents, the resolution of comments and issues with the outside attorneys and auditors. The manager will also be responsible for on-going reporting and compliance of SEC requirements.
The SEC Reporting Manager Position will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, and will report to the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements including cash flows statement, SEC reporting (10K/10Q), and regulatory reporting.
- Preparation of all footnote disclosures.
- Perform technical accounting research, research new pronouncements and implement new processes and procedures to ensure compliance with new standards.

Cost Accountant
(full-time position in finance, location: Sunnyvale, CA)Telegent Systems has an employment opportunity for Cost Accountant who will be responsible for determining standard costs, inventory valuation, variance analysis and support forecasts of standard cost. The individual will also be responsible for the annual physical inventory, cycle counts and provide analysis and data to aid management in making decisions.
The Cost Accountant Position will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, and will report to the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities
- Determine standard costs, and coordinate review and update of standard costs.
- Determine, analyze and monitor components of standard costs such as material costs, manufacturing/process costs, overhead rates etc. and ensure they are accurately reflected in our financial statements.

Shipping & Receiving/Facilities

IT Intern

- Deployment of Windows workstations, Windows laptops, and VoIP handsets.

- Standardization of Windows workstation and laptop configurations, including OS, anti-virus package, and office applications.
