SEC Reporting Manager

The manager will also be responsible for on-going reporting and compliance of SEC requirements.
The SEC Reporting Manager Position will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, and will report to the Corporate Controller.

- Preparation of financial statements including cash flows statement, SEC reporting (10K/10Q), and regulatory reporting.

Cost Accountant

The individual will also be responsible for the annual physical inventory, cycle counts and provide analysis and data to aid management in making decisions.

Shipping & Receiving/Facilities

- Set up/run Shipping & Receiving area including shippers, policy and procedure.

IT Intern
